Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a LUBEAUTYBOX USA purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for LuBeauties.com purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. LUBEAUTYBOX USA monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that LUBEAUTYBOX USA will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.

Customer may request for a refund or one-to-one exchange with us within (30) days from date of invoice. You must provide the original invoice (Either paypal confirmation or LUBEAUTYBOX USA Confirmation) for all refund or exchange transactions. All refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if the customer cannot provide original invoices. It is customer's responsibility to keep all the invoices. Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and returns where warranty and return can be made. LUBEAUTYBOX USA reserves the right to charge a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for all returned items.

For all orders, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping and in the event of the product is returned, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping fee may be deducted from any refunds. If the return product or packaging is damaged or missing parts, the return may be refused.

The return shipping fee may be payable on the orders that are unclaimed or refused at point of delivery, we reserve the rights to deduct this amount from the total to be refunded.
