Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, and unused to be eligible for a return.
- We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
- No refunds or exchanges on final sale and discounted items.
- No refunds will be issued for shipping fees.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns are monitored for abuse. If excessive or fraudulent return activity is detected, LUBEAUTYBOX reserves the right to refuse future returns from the customer.
Return & Exchange Process
- Customers may request a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- A valid original invoice (PayPal confirmation or LUBEAUTYBOX order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges. Requests without an invoice will not be processed.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all invoices for future reference.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to us within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers bear the return shipping costs.
- If an order qualified for free shipping and a return is made, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Returns may be refused if the product or packaging is damaged or missing parts.
- If an order is unclaimed or refused at delivery, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
